THOMAS L. CAMPOLI tcampoli@campolilaw.com, the firm’s senior partner, is a trial attorney who has been providing his clients with aggressive representation in civil and criminal cases since 1982. He has successfully represented over 1,000 injured clients and has obtained several six and seven figure financial recoveries.
Attorney Campoli concentrates his civil practice on serious personal injury and wrongful death claims. Many of his clients have sustained amputations, closed head and traumatic brain injuries, back injuries including vertebral fractures and disc and spinal injuries, and severe scarring resulting from motor vehicle accidents, construction accidents, defective product accidents, dog attacks, and slip and fall accidents. Attorney Campoli has vast experience in all phases of civil litigation, from the institution of claims through trial and appeals. Attorney Campoli has also successfully defended many civil cases for insurance companies including those involving severe injury and complex coverage issues.

J. PERI CAMPOLI jpc@campolilaw.com, started with Campoli & Monteleone in 1986 and became a partner in 1988. He concentrates his practice in workers’ compensation and real estate.
Attorney Campoli has been representing employees, employers and insurance companies in workers’ compensation matters since 1986. He aggressively represents injured employees from basic consultations through complex hearings before the Massachusetts Division of the Industrial Accidents. His experience has spanned three significant changes in the State Compensation Act throughout which he has also provided sophisticated advice to employers and insurers.
Attorney Campoli has extensive experience representing clients in residential real estate transactions. He handles basic and complex residential real estate transactions on behalf of sellers, buyers and lending institutions. His practice also includes the preparation of wills , trusts, and estate plans, larger commercial transactions for individuals and businesses, as well as land use, licensing and zoning matters. Additionally he represents lenders in debt and foreclosure proceedings.

ROBERT A. MONTELEONE, JR. ram@campolilaw.com is a partner at Campoli & Monteleone and has practiced law with the firm since 1992. He worked briefly as an attorney in the Boston area before returning to his hometown of Pittsfield. Attorney Monteleone’s practice focuses primarily in the area of civil litigation, including personal injury, products liability and insurance law. He also has experience in the areas of family law, landlord/tenant matters, collections and insurance subrogation. He has vigorously represented thousands of clients with injuries ranging from very serious to relatively minor, as well as clients with an array of other legal issues or problems.

MATTHEW MOZIAN mmozian@campolilaw.com, practices in all areas of litigation and counsels businesses in their corporate transactions. His litigation experience ranges from business, construction and wrongful termination matters to representation of individuals charged with crimes in both New York State and Massachusetts. His transactional experience ranges from general business counseling and incorporation to representing businesses and banks in seven figure transactions. Prior to joining Campoli & Monteleone, Attorney Mozian was a public defender working in the Felony Trial Bureau of the Legal Aid Society. Prior to working as a public defender, he was associated with a global law firm in New York City working exclusively on large scale commercial transactions.

SCOTT ELLIS sellis@campolilaw.com, is a trial attorney with extensive experience through out the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Formerly a trial attorney in Worcester and Boston, Attorney Ellis joined the litigation department of
Campoli & Monteleone in 2003.
Attorney Ellis has successfully represented thousands of clients with issues pertaining to personal injury, divorce and criminal defense. Additionally, he has a proven record of achievement at the appellate level, having prevailed in appeals at the state and federal level.
